7.2.2 Upgrade buildings to higher energy efficiency
The university has been improving its buildings to enhance energy efficiency. Many campus buildings are designed with open and well-ventilated structures to reduce the need for artificial lighting. Automatic lighting control systems have been installed, both inside and outside buildings, to ensure lights operate only as needed.
In addition, the university has procured a solar power generation system to further promote energy conservation in the future.

The Student Affairs Building is an example of an energy-efficient building design on campus.
