2.5.3 University access to local farmers and food producers

SWU established the AI Research Center and provides academic services through the Faculty of Agricultural Product Innovation and Technology to support research and product development for farmers and local producers.

The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between the university, local farmers, and private sectors by applying research-based knowledge to improve and develop agricultural products. The services include:

  1. Product quality inspection and analysis

  2. Product processing services

  3. Product development and consumer testing

  4. Consultation on product development
