2.2.1 Campus food waste tracking

SWU implements a systematic waste management process, including the collection and segregation of food waste from all campus dining areas. The amount of food waste generated is regularly measured and recorded by the Sustainability Development Division. Data and evidence of this measurement are publicly shared to promote transparency and continuous improvement in reducing food waste.
