16.2.5 University principles on corruption and bribery
Srinakharinwirot University strengthens transparent and accountable governance through institutionalised anti-corruption mechanisms, systematic public disclosure, and structured stakeholder oversight. The University establishes formal committees responsible for integrity assurance, disclosure compliance, and ethical governance execution, with clear mandates delegated across all faculties and administrative units. Annual institutional anti-corruption action plans are implemented and monitored, with transparent publication of essential governance information, including organisational structures, budgets, workplans and performance reports. The University also conducts perception surveys with both internal employees and external stakeholders to inform decision-making, reduce governance blind spots, and strengthen organisational accountability. These measures demonstrate that SWU has developed not only formal policies, but also structured governance mechanisms that are actively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved to prevent misconduct and advance ethical and transparent practice across the institution.
