11.4.2 Promote sustainable commuting

Between January and March 2024, the Student Affairs Division of Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) organized the “Recycle, Global Recycling” campaign, inviting students, staff, and nearby community members to take part in sustainability-driven activities. The initiative aimed to strengthen community engagement and environmental responsibility in line with SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.

Through these activities, participants were encouraged to cultivate a sense of shared responsibility, dedicating their time and creativity to developing assistive devices for the elderly and underprivileged. This collaborative effort not only promoted resource efficiency and social inclusion but also fostered SWU as a model community that embodies the spirit of sustainable and inclusive urban development.
