10.6.11 Anti-harassment policy

Srinakharinwirot University has a formal anti-harassment policy embedded within its institutional Policy on Equality, Equity and Fairness in Human Resource Management (effective 2 December 2021). The policy explicitly commits the University to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace and academic environment, and requires all personnel to uphold respect, non-discrimination and fair treatment. It prohibits acts that violate dignity, rights or physical and psychological safety, including forced labour, abuse and exploitation, and establishes expectations for conduct that supports a safe, respectful and inclusive campus for all genders and gender-diverse individuals. This policy is publicly available on the University’s SDG Policy webpage and serves as the University-wide framework to ensure a harassment-free environment.
