10.5.1 Proportion of employees with disabilities

At Srinakharinwirot University (SWU), there are students with various types of disabilities, including visual, hearing, mobility, learning, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities.
During the past four academic years (2022–2025), the number of students with disabilities ranged from 22 to 28 students, with 24 students in 2024.

The majority of students have physical or mobility disabilities, followed by autism and communication-related disabilities.
SWU provides continuous support through the DSS Center, offering academic assistance, accessibility services, and inclusive learning environments to ensure equal educational opportunities for all students.
