SI 9.2 Proportion of University Budget Allocated to Health Promotion

Based on the FY 2024 (B.E. 2567) internal budget allocation, Srinakharinwirot University earmarked 50,849,100 THB under the strategic plan for lifelong human capacity development and academic services. This budget line covers health-promotion–related activities such as community health screening, elderly health promotion, school health programs, health education and training, and physical-activity–based community services across 22 faculties/institutes.

When compared with the university’s overall annual budget for FY 2567 (according to national budget data), this dedicated health-promotion budget represents approximately 1.7% of the university’s total budget. (newgfmisthai.gfmis.go.th)

This shows that SWU has a clearly identified and recurring share of its annual budget specifically allocated to health promotion activities at institutional level.
