Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) provides several health promotion training workshops per year at the university level.
Through the Asok Model and Ongkharak Model, the University has developed integrated programmes for holistic health management targeting students, staff, and community members. Under the Asok Model, SWU organises recurring skill-based health promotion workshops on the Prasarnmit campus, including: regular aerobic exercise sessions every Tuesday and Thursday; yoga for health, therapeutic yoga, and yoga for office syndrome every Monday and Wednesday; and surfskate and skateboard sessions every Wednesday. These are complemented by monthly D.I.Y. creative workshops that aim to strengthen mental well-being and mindfulness as part of holistic health promotion.(sso.op.swu.ac.th)

On the Ongkharak campus, the Ongkharak Model delivers a series of community-embedded health promotion workshops, such as the “Bike for Life Thai-Phuan 2025” cycling event for active lifestyles, the “Ongkharak Holistic Health Cup” covering eight schools, senior citizens’ health school activities, and integrated seminars on holistic health for local networks. These initiatives focus on practical skill development, lifestyle change, and community-based health advocacy in collaboration with local government, schools, temples, and community organisations.(sso.op.swu.ac.th)

Taken together, these programmes demonstrate that SWU organises multiple health promotion training workshops every year, at both campuses and in surrounding communities, and therefore meets the criterion of “Several Training Workshops Per Year” for SI 6.1.
