SI 1.3 Progressionof the Responsible Bodies in Conducting Active Implementationof Health Activities according to Healthy University Framework (HUF)

Building on the formal establishment of responsible bodies at the university and faculty levels described in SI 1.2, SWU has moved beyond policy formation to active implementation of health-promotion activities in alignment with the Healthy University Framework (HUF). The university-level Healthy University Committee and designated coordinators in faculties and institutes jointly develop annual action plans, set health-related targets, and coordinate implementation across campuses to ensure that the HUF conceptual framework is translated into concrete practice.

These responsible bodies regularly convene to review progress, monitor key indicators, and adjust interventions as needed. Health activities are integrated into academic, student-support, and staff-welfare systems, with the committee providing guidance, technical support, and follow-up to ensure continuity and scalability of initiatives. The progression from mere establishment of structures (SI 1.2) to active, coordinated implementation under SI 1.3 demonstrates SWU’s commitment to embedding HUF-based health promotion into the routine operations of faculties, institutes, and campuses, as evidenced by the activities and documentation presented in the subsequent sections.
