Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) conducts annual assessments of health-related knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) through its integrated community–university health-promotion programmes, notably the Ongkharak Holistic Health Model and the ASOK Model. These programmes include structured assessments of physical, mental, social, and cognitive well-being among target groups such as students, staff, older adults, and community members.
Under the Ongkharak Model, the University collects annual baseline and follow-up well-being data for key groups—including older adults and primary school students—covering physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle behaviors. Results are compiled into health databases and used to redesign and improve training modules and community health activities. Evidence from the 2024–2025 cycle shows that participants applied the knowledge to daily life, demonstrated improved holistic well-being, and reported reduced self-care expenses.

Similarly, the ASOK Model demonstrates documented improvements in healthy behaviors among 6,045 participants who engaged in regular aerobic exercise, yoga, surfskate sessions, mental-wellbeing workshops, reading-promotion activities, and environmental health campaigns. Activity reports show increased physical fitness, enhanced mental resilience, and strengthened social well-being among participants. Feedback and participation data are used to revise activities, increase program diversity, and expand cross-sector partnerships, resulting in measurable improvements in community lifestyle practices.
